2018 marks the 7th edition of Utah’s largest Gran Fondo and one of Utah's largest bike rides, the focus has always been to create a fun, rewarding and challenging event.

March 4, 2018, Logan, Utah.  GranFondoGuide.com lists the Cache Gran Fondo as one of the top 15 rides in North America.  Citing race director, Troy Oldham, “Riders enjoy well-stocked support stations, chances to win great prizes, enjoy a healthy breakfast and lunch, receive big-blingy finisher medals, and have a fun day riding with over 1,000 other inspiring cyclists. Race teams, corporate teams, families & neighbourhood groups, couples and individuals all converge in Cache Valley for this big, fun, ride.”

The open roads and green flat farm fields of Cache Valley, one of northern Utah's best-kept cycling secrets, has become a major draw for well over 1,000 cyclists every July. In 2017, they set a record for 16 US states represented as riders come from all over North America and internationally, in fact event director Troy Oldham gives a prize to the rider from farthest away, recently going to a cyclist who travelled all the way from the United Kingdom, and the winner registered for 2018 as well.

The Fondo offers a great environment with clean air, beautiful vistas and relatively low-traffic roads for riders with 50, 70 and 100 mile routes for all abilities, and draws a wide variety of cyclists combining elements of racing with a more casual atmosphere.
